Shipping information
We offer Free International Shipping on all of our orders.
All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday to Friday and are then packed and shipped from our overseas warehouse within 2-4 business days.
We partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most exclusive products.
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 2-4 business days after the order is placed .
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing, orders usually take between 7 and 21 business days to arrive at their destination and rarely takes any longer.
Please note that these shipping times are our normal shipping times and do not include current shipping delays due to COVID-19.

Tracking
We will email you a Shipping Notification email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your order via our Track Your Order Page. It may take 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update.
*Please note that if your order has more than one item it may arrive in multiple packages.
Shipping Disclaimer
We process and ship all orders within our normal processing times, however we are unable to guarantee shipping times. All times are estimated. We are not responsible for any delays or lost items caused by the shipping process. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by you when the order is placed.
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after the order is placed and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been despatched. If you do not receive these email confirmations, please double check any spam folders and if not received, please let us know.
Please note once your order has been despatched we are unable to cancel it or refund it due to shipping delays. If you wish to return your order, you are able to do so once it has been delivered to you in line with our Return Policy.
